Ankobia had built a reputation for deep government consulting work — but the model didn't scale. The vision was bigger: a dedicated SaaS platform that could take the institutional knowledge embedded in their services and make it accessible, repeatable, and deployable across government organizations at scale.
As product strategy lead, the work was to translate that vision into an actual platform — from architecture and feature definition to leading an international development team and managing deployment across county and state systems.
